I’ve been in the queue forever it’ll go down to 3 then go back up to 20,000 fricken annoying I just want to merge my account

Where would it say Merge accounts? The Home screen or the Menu?? I don't see it in either. Idk if I need to be able to access my PS4 or not. That would help a lot. otherwise great video, unfortunately already knew all of what it covered

Hey, it said my accounts have been confirmed to merge but the merge queue doesn’t show up. I tried re opening the game but it kept on showing me the “welcome to cross play screen every time I re open the game.

Hey long question but maybe someone can help me: But a bit of backstory is needed. When I was younger I started playing overwatch 1 on the PlayStation 4 and PSN account of my brother because we shared that console and PS+, I played OW1 for years like that and collected nearly everything. Then my brother moved out and took the ps4 with him. So I got my own ps4 some time later and had to start from scratch again and didn’t play that much overwatch1. A few years later OW2 came out and I linked my OW1 account from my PS4 with my OW2 account but I barely had any skins etc. on that account and sadly forgot the old account from my brothers console with everything on it. Now my question is can I somehow change my linked account? I had so much stuff on that account of my brother that I would really like to have back again.

I lost everything. I tried to merge from console to pc. It prompted me to restart the game and I did, once I logged back in, all of my skins from years was all gone

What do you do when you've merged the accounts but now you've lost all your progress from the last 5-6 years of gameplay?? I no longer have my skins, coins, career profile progress, or any of my icons. I'm doing my best not to panic but any player can understand why I'd be a little jarred to see everything GONE after doing what, apparently, everyone else has done without issue. If you have any reassurance it would be greatly appreciated especially if it's just me being impatient. Someone please tell me I'm just being dumb and there's a time period i have to wait for this to finish. And if not can you unmerge the accounts?? I really don't wanna lose all my progress from the last 5-6 years :( (Thank you and sorry for the long comment)

i’m SO confused, i have no prompt to merge my account and i feel so defeated. i’ve had my xbox account linked to battle net and then when i logged back into ow2 on console everything was BLANK! as if i was a brand new player.. i tried disconnecting my xbox to hopefully revert it, but then i was forced to “connect to battlenet” again and it made me link my bn and xbox account again, leading to the endless cycle!! please anyone have a suggestion, ive alr put in a ticket but they were no help, i just need the damn “merge” option
