My Mavic Pro 2 won't sync with the smart controller or basic controller! There is no red light by the sync button at all even when I press the sync button. How can I fix this issue?

If you purchase your Mavic 2 Pro and controller together as a package, the controller is already bound to the aircraft and this tutorial is not needed. Only if you purchase a controller separately or have to replace the original controller will you need this tutorial.

Attempted to do what was outlined in the video, but when I select "Remote Control Linking" a questions pops up asking "Confirm frequency settings?" I select "OK" and there is no more options.

The funniest thing is after many fail attempts, I re-plugged the cable between the controller and my tablet, and voila, it was connected.

I don't get the beeping when I hold down C1, C2 and the record button. The controller is not responsive.

I can do it on Galaxy Tab S3 , I can do it on Samsung Galaxy S10+ but I can't do it on budget Huawei Mediapad T3 8'' , maybe 2GB of Ram is not enough ?

Dear Dji support, i crashed my Mavic 2 Pro(3yrs after the date of purchase)on Bulk Carrier Ship side during my Ship side inspection, as the obstruction sensor did not work and continues drifting of the Mavic 2 Pro until it Crash the ship side and fall into the Sea(probably because i got slow internet connection and error that distructed downloading Firmware update thru laptop Computer). Do you think this is the cause of crashing my Mavic 2 Pro?, is it possible to use my remain Mavic 2 Pro Remote Controller to Bind/Link to Mavic 2 Zoom?, as i plan to purchase Mavic 2 Zoom? What is happening to me with my Mavic 2 Zoom is that sometimes (more and more), the connection between the controller and the drone is lost, the screen remains fixed in black and white and the drone automatically returns to the take-off point . I have the firmware updated and I've tried everything, but it's still happening. Is someone passing me or can you give me some advice? I have contacted DJI support but I am sure that they will make me dizzy with obvious things that I have already done, I would appreciate any suggestion. My cell phone is a Xiaomi MI A1 (what I would be missing is already having to buy an Iphone, if that does not happen). Thank you very much!

just purchased a mavic 2 pro and refuses to bind after just one flight. Support and quality of documentation is a disgrace. Mine is going back for a refund.

Even after linking, the connection is not taking up. The end of the aircraft becomes disconnected.

Im getting this evrytime when i fly .. i cant evan fly my drone mini 2 .. evrytime i fly it cannot go 50 mt also … evry single time im getting this issue please help me too m from india and i have brought it from dubai and its not evan a year from the date i purchased .. i have hardly use it for 12 time and now i cannot use it because of these issue.. @DJI Support

Acho que um problema de fábrica vocês deveriam cobrir sim pois foi uma irresponsabilidade ou a incapacidade do fabricante. Principalmente dentro do prazo de garantia não importa de onde o produto veio cear indícios de que o produto veio com defeito de fábrica teria que cobrir sim

What a completely aggravating drone this is. I cant link to aircraft and cant get into the DJI flight interface screen..I want my money back..
