I finally understand how you're actually a "104-year-old Englishman". You have to go into a hyperbolic time chamber to pass all the time it takes to dig out all that lino. I have never seen this process done before and I dig it a lot.

Uncle Bill! FANTASTIC RESULT! And I actually like seeing you sketch! I enjoy your style of writing and drawring, so seeing you lay it down like a pro was a treat. Forty years ago I was traumatised by lino cutting in school art classes, where we were given really hard lino to cut and semi-blunt tools, which combined to hurt our hands. We never ever got to finish them and see the end printing process, and the art class disappointment has bothered me all these years. Finally, I can see light at the end of the lino printing tunnel. This tutorial has provided healing and a way forward 🙂 Thank you very much. I'll be doing this with my home educated teenager.

Hey Bill! Had an idea for the problem of cutting those baubles. Why don't you drill a series of holes along the line you want to cut, THEN remove the perforated piece? That's how in guitar manufacturing they create the control-cavity for all the wires and gubbins that makes it into a LOUD SHOUTY-THING! Happy Greebling!
