Awesome tutorial! Most Amazon tutorials show you how to resell used/new products that you've sourced at thrift stores, garage sales, and estate sales. It's cool to see a tutorial that shows you how to sell products that you've legitimately sourced from a manufacturer, how to use SEO to rank your listings, and overall just be a more legitimate business. First, I must say great tutorial video. I do have a question: Can you please explain the difference and benefits between selecting "Privately owned business" vs "None, I'm an individual" under the Individual seller Business Information - "Business type" section drop down menu? I do have a privately owned business, just trying to see which is the best option to go with. Thanks.

Great explanation like usual from you. I have a question: What to do when I have to sell the charger which has already ASIN but the problem is that it has been selling since 2019 when there was said it is compatible with iPhone X, XS and XR but now I have the same charger which is approved compatible with iPhone 12, 12 Pro etc.? I am a new seller and I was said (quite bullied way on amazon forum) that as a new seller, I cannot make change in features.

Amazing videos! I do have a question. When you are on the part about variants and the UPC bar codes. Does the parent have its own barcode and then each variant has a separate bar code? So three bar codes all together? I noticed you used the same UPC number for the blue variant that you used when creating the parent.

GS1 now allows you to buy 1 barcode which is way cheaper than the previous (around 30 dollars), there also isn’t an annual renewal fee if you buy the 1 barcode.

I love your videos and I learned quite a bit. However, right now I'm stuck in the manage your inventory page. It says my product is listed and active but when I click on the product and it take me to the amazon page displaying the main photo of my product , it says product is currently unavailable? not sure why? even though I've noted that I have 6 that I want to ship directly???

Or do I have to wait until the product have been sent to Amazon before listing this? And where do I find out which Amazon facility to ship my products to, to provide it to my supplier? Thank you. Finally, someone who cleared up on a tutorial just how many bar codes you need. That you only need one for an individual product. Only question is, do I need a different barcode for different variations of the same product? LIke one for white, one for blue, etc. one for Large, one for small, etc.?

You can use jungle scout or helium 10 to find out which products sell best in different categories and you’ll be able to see their profit on those products as well

Amazing video. Question: I bought a product from Alibaba and am trying to sell it on amazon. However, I don't have my own brand and basically have to "sell similar" item. Its in my inventory now, however its using the ASIN and UPC number from the post I selected. So not my brand, UPC, or ASIN number but its saying its in my inventory now. So if it sells, do I get the profit or does the brand owner?

Nope! A UPC is a type of GTIN. The UPC will be your product ID when creating your listing.

Does the Product ID need to match the barcode on your product? I have a GTIN number for each product but the UPC is what is printed on each item. The only difference is the GTIN number puts a couple zeros before the UPC number.
