In this video, I'll tell you how to listen to your intuition. I'll tell you why it's important and how to listen to your intuition. I'll guide you to how to listen to your intuition.
Growing up in a society that primarily praises use of our left brains, we’ve learned to ignore the “inner voice” that sits deep within us.
In fact, we don’t just ignore it.
We bury it.
We do this by piling on our own thoughts, worries and fears over it, to the point that it’s completely muted.
Poor inner voice.
Despite this, I’m sure you’ve had glimpses of your intuition seeping through to the surface.
When we can learn to trust our gut instincts more often, whether it’s in our careers or our lives in general, we become truly powerful.
Instead of trusting others’ opinions, we learn to trust ourselves.
In this video, I talk about the key to listening to your intuition and how it can change your life.

Define feelings? The ability to feel the energy around you. Tbh I got in a fight one day, I remember I was in the house and something kept saying don’t go outside, don’t! And I did... my stomach has a great awareness of the energy in a environment.

Thank you I talk to myself but I don’t talk back. Feel as if it’s my inner me telling me. I’ll tell myself or journal. And start off by saying I feel like this is going on or this happening. And this is how the outcome going to be based off the energy I encounter and I get funny feeling gut feeling and so thank you

This is great - I'm also trying to be more natural on screen, it's so hard to trust that inner voice but you're right. Intuition guides us in everything we do - i teach this for birth but I see how you can apply it to everything in life too. Loved your vid xx

Recently I added someone on my Facebook but when I looked at his pictures I've got like a sinking feeling in my stomach and I felt almost sick but I also felt a strange pull towards this guy I don't know if that's my intuition telling me something or what also every time I have been thinking about him or speak about him I get this weird feeling all over my body

I’m 7 months late to this comment but I would say it’s your intuition giving you a strong sign to stay away!!! I had a similar feeling with a guy in my workplace. I’m curious to know what happened (if you don’t mind me asking that is) did you guys continue talking or did you block him? Did anything turn out to prove your gut feelings were correct?

I can’t communicate I need help trying to improve for years it’s not and at work they all gave up on me. I always been introvert I want to be extrovert it’s hard and family care so much. The girl I was fear and like her she got me down that’s why my fear was telling me not to go for her. But she wanted me I was so confused.

I disagree with you. Thinking is different than Intuition. intuition is one of the six senses. So when you are in a test and you end up thinking about a question but you have no idea which one is right, and you start thinking really hard until your intuition show up and change your answer and you start feeling and thinking. At that moment your intuition is right do not let your mind or thinking takes over your feeling. Because after the exam you will find out that the intuition feeling was right which people does that all the time. They go with their thoughts. Guys go read more about intuition.

First of all , intuition is emotionally neutral and it trigger no action and it is very subtle so we often miss this and the funny thing is it only last for 2 to 10 seconds and completely vanish after that , i feel like you are misinterpreting mind trick as intuition.
