Live Stream With GoPro HERO 12:
Step 1: Before you begin, make sure you have the necessary equipment:
GoPro HERO12 connected and added to the GoPro Quik app
Stable internet connection
Smartphone or computer for setup
Step 2: Power on your GoPro HERO12 and ensure it's updated to the latest firmware. Open the GoPro Quik app on your smartphone.
Step 3: on the GoPro Quik home page, tap on "Live Stream". Depending on your platform of choice (e.g., KZfaq, Facebook, Twitch), tap on the one you want. Next, hit "Continue" to sign in into the platform you have chosen.
Step 4: Enter your email and password, then enter the verification code and submit.
Step 5: Tap on "Authorize" to give permission to the GoPro to access your platform's account.
Step 6: Configure the stream settings such as resolution, Wi-Fi network, title of the stream, Lens and whether you want a copy saved to your SD Card.
Step 7: Begin the stream by tapping on "Set Up Live Stream". Copy the stream link to share with audiences by selecting the "Copy" option, and then tap on "Go Live".
Your GoPro feed should now be visible on your smartphone. Make sure the GoPro is upright, with the camera facing the subject of your stream.
You can tap on "View Your Stream" to see it in real time via browser link. Generally, you can control your live stream from your phone. View the live chats from the browser link.
The "Stop" button should also be available on the Quik app. tap on it to stop the live stream.

I wish you had a demo with KZfaq. It seems to be much more complicated on KZfaq. I'd also like to know how to schedule a live stream for a future date or time. That's very difficult to figure out on KZfaq in my experience.

Hey, love the channel. I'm a pro flooring installer and would like to start live streaming on tiktok mounting the GoPro on top of my head somehow, and just going through flooring installation so my viewers can see it all live... my biggest concern is the battery life and the whole process of streaming, please get back to me or make a video how to live streak on tik tok always moving around and working with your hands!! Because I can't find any info on that or how to make that idea work!! THANK YOU

Yes I prefer heavy delay. Plenty of time to dump if you need to censor. Also higher quality streams.

Just found the solution. You have to connect to the app > Then you click on "Preview view" so you can see your camera from your phone > Then you gonna have the Live button on the bottom right!

Have you been able to connect an external microphone when livestreaming? I'm having issues with this. The mic picked up during a stream is the media mod mic.
