Hi @chippinard2556, the "Add A Channel" option only shows up after you click APPS (on the Zoom control strip - where it has share screen, etc.). You hsould have the Live Streaming App added and as long as you have the Zoom permissions toggled on, it should show up. If for some reason it isn't. I highly recommend watching my Troubleshooting video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/m6uUiKuGvbOsnac.html which bypasses the need to Add A Channel altogether. Please let me know if it works for you. Hi @hieuinspire , If you don't see "Add A Channel" then you don't have the Zoom Livestreaming App added. I recommend watching this troubleshooting video to set up your Zoom meeting an alternate way where you do not need to add the CHANNEL. Here is the link to that video. @deborahhriley5320, yes it should work using this recurring meeting set up and Zoom’s live streaming app. Set up an app for each meeting. You can also add KZfaq and other platforms to stream into all at the same time. Test and let me know how it goes!🚀

Hi @space.whisperer, if you just now changed the settings to custom livestreaming, you may have to log out of Zoom (and facebook - just to be sure) and log back in again. @lmanning108, I replied to your previous comment - Zoom doesn't have the livestreaming option on the free account. Same is true for most platformd, e.g. StreamYard, Ecamm Live, Sessions, etc.

Sure, @JenniferBolus-zo3kq ! First a question for you, is the custom live streaming box checked on your Zoom settings? Often that's the issue. Ifnot, then the problem most people have with the app not working is having the Zoom meetings set to specific dates and time and this set up using Zoom's the live streaming app method works best for recurring meetings. No problem… I created a troubleshooting video that shows how to set it up for specific meetings. You have to add the rtmp URL and keys for each scheduled meeting, but it's really easy. Hi @AntoinetteThibodeaux-Corrigan, her are a couple things to try in Zoom: First make sure you have a paid Zoom account, check your Zoom App (not the browser but the App) to make sure it is up to date. Then restart your computer and try again by going to Settings > Meeting > In Meeting (Advanced) > Live Streaming > Custom Live Streaming Service and toggle the swtiches on for the App and the Custom Livestream. @SovereignAFpodcast , ahhh, try turning off extensions or apps (there have been problems with the duckduckgo app/browser). I use chrome and I think Safari works fine. Also check your Zoom app for updates. (The Zoom App - not the browser). Make sure chrome is also up to date. Do all this, restart your computer and see if that jumpstarts everything! :)

Hi @SindyKuehnel, my apologies for not mentioning this in the video but Zoom's free plan does not have a live streaming option. You would need one of the paid plans. I have the least expensive one and it works great (~$16 USD/month or $150 USD/year). Do you have a free or paid Zoom account?

@@highticketsindy the best option is to schedule a recurring meeting and add the keys and fb group & rtmp URLs to that recurring meeting. That way you can start it any time and it will be set up to stream as long as you create the Facebook post and get into your live producer area. 🎉
