Imagine how tone poems might've impacted more than just European composers if phonographs back then were as cheap and plentiful as music players are now. Muzak was subliminal mind control: a selection of pop and traditional rearranged as pleasant, inoffensive instrumentals with no bass or percussion, played by businesses to control mood. Eno's Ambient series is for me the anti-Musak: materialist meditation, subliminal difficult-listening music, challenging capitalism's manufactured environments, from airport terminals to recording equipment! Your channel got me thinking...was smooth jazz neoliberalism's answer to ambient or just another appropriation of Black music as disco and then hiphop drew attention away from jazz. I wish lo-fi could be the new musique d'ameublement. I should try it in my classroom! I also hope you consider publishing the music you and your AI collaborators created. I want to hear live musicians perform these compositions!

I JUST started my AI Faceless KZfaq channel @AiGenerationInc and you just inspired me in so many ways from the documentary style to the meme usage to the way you applied current AI tools. I wanted to do a hip hop jazz and art channel similar to Lo Fi and I will have to apply your methods to see if AI can do the same thing with Jazz and i wanted to put up AI created art pieces but I didn't even think about adding video visuals to some. Not sure what to say. I would suggest finding a rather old book called The Transformative Vision by Jose' Arguelles, on the danger when the human soul is drowned in technological advances and succumbs to the allure of endless creativity with the click of a key. I did subscribe though because I think you have much to say, although the music to my ears doesn't sound human, very stiff, lovely and unusual melody though.
