4x4 TrekOZ, off-road gear and good times. My channel covers, four wheel driving, chatting about off-road gear, camping, some fishing, a little cooking and good times. The plan is to talk to the camera like I am talking to you. My longer trips are more about the journey than the destination, staying one or two nights in each spot chatting as we go. Im thinking of getting a slide on camper i like the idea of keep it small and on the go . Always wondered how it clamped on safety wise good tip's in relation to jack n lowering also reversing thanks mate

Excellent Wayne, extremely helpful for all Tommy Camper owners. I've don't it a few times now, including the mistake of when there is a slope and your tray pops up higher than you think potentially catching they Tommy Camper as you drive out ( I was watching so stopped but if I had not it could have been bad, I raised it 100mm higher than the tray, but it still poped up that much as I drove out ). It would be good to come up with a quick adjust method for the Stair Leg lengh as when I have mine off it definately has to be lowered for stability (my tray is high) and the stair angle is about 35% when its off so not so good for access. It would have been good if you could have also included some advice and experience of how to cross stabilise the Tommy Camper when its at camp too, maybe another video?

Hey Wayne, Thanks for all the Tommy Camper info's. Would you be able to tell me the Height from the Ground to the Campers highest point like the top of the roof rack. I know you had a GVM upgrade on your DMax and I'd probably would have to do the same if going a similar way with Camper and 4WD. The height is important regarding our Garage....! Thanks again and I'll keep watching your great videos. Cheers Kurt

@@CanopyCampingAustralia Thanks heaps Wayne. Bugger, our garage opening is 2.29 mt. Plenty high inside though. Means either not Roof Rack or smaller Tyres.

Hi Wayne, what make tommy camper legs and how is to sleep in camper when stand legs with out tray is it Stable . Great videos thank you

Stability is fine. There are tie down points on each of the legs. I use the rear tie down points only. The legs came with the TC. Not sure of the brand

Hey I have a couple questions, how much does the camper weigh and where did you get the tie down clamps and what weight are they rated for. I have chain and turnbuckle on my DIY camper but I like the ease of use on your clamps. Thanks
