This would be the biggest U.S. Consulate Office not only in Africa but the World, located beautifully in Phase 3, Northern Boulevard District in Eko Atlantic City.
The groundbreaking event was sometime in 2022 and construction started at the site in 2023. At the moment, they are currently at the 15% stage and expected to be delivered before or by Q4 2027.
Adjacent to the U.S Consulate office is our upcoming project called Pan Atlantis Towers (also known as The Consulate Towers) it is a world-class development on 15 suspended floors consisting of spacious 24 Units of Exclusive 3 (Three) Bedrooms Condos plus 2 Rooms BQs.
We are currently about to start the piling at the site and the schedule also be delivered by 2027

Having a U.S. Consulate in Eko Atlantic will not prevent people from visitng the City, the City is over 10,000,000 square meters big and the location of the U.S. Consulate office is just about 8-10% of that. What the U.S. Consulate will bring would be extra top security to the City, attracting foreign investments and adding value to the City.

Not much if you got the extra $$ to spare and use to secure the plot. You can also decide to buy Apartments from some Developers over like Periwinkle Condos, am sure they will allow you to even spread your payment over 3 years or more. That allows you space to put your remaining money into other ventures and working for you

Eko Atlantic City is very beautiful. However, with the siting of the new United States Consulate there, that will make it very difficult for people who do not drive to visit the new Consulate for visa applications.

A new city being built from the ground up has better infrastructure than an old city which developed more or less uncontrolled without much planning and which was abandoned as the capital city of Nigeria and left to its own devices until recently when it started re-inventing itself. If we leave motorable roads for our great grandkids, that would be a respectable legacy.
