Is this called locking ? If anyone wants to access your folder or file he can do that easily. Lock means you have a password protected file or folder. Give it a thought and upload soemthing like that or actually using encryption

I don't think you know what is meat by locking a folder. You just changed the security to restrict access but anyone who uses windows can unlock this a look at your data especially when you use a same the same administrator account.

1. Right-click on your locked folder. 2.Go to Properties 3.Go to Security Option 4.Go to Advanced Option 5.Change Owner(Write the name of your pc and click on Check Names) 6. Then Click on Apply. Your folder will be open Check the folder and if your subfolder, file is not opening then again go to folder properties, then security, advanced and then click Replace All child object entries..... then click on apply.
