Wearing jewelry to sleep is really uncomfortable. I just can't stand it. Small ear studs may be doable but larger ones are so uncomfortable when you lie on them. And necklaces, hmmm, they may end up causing wrinkles to your neck. I apply sunscreen and moisturiser to my neck, I cannot stand necklaces though I would love to wear them. Skin health is more important to me than necklaces. 😅 And even expensive 18K or silver jewelry will tarnish so it is not advisable to keep wearing them if you want them to be long lasting.

I would love to know how I could still make a work uniform still look clean and put together. I'm forced to wear green polo shirts and green t-shirts with jeans at my job and I always feel so slouchy and look like I just got out of bed 😩

About the jewelry tip, something that I like to do is to choose the pieces the night before, the same way I do with my outfit for the day. I think it's a good option for who don't feel comfortable sleeping in it (like me), and of course it's time saving 😊

I have super thick hair that curls easily and I also love heatless curls! I similarly wash and dry my hair at night - usually I blow dry with a round brush dryer so I get a bit of a blow out (sleek and no frizz) and I use the kitsch head band heatless curler. I have to wrap the curls a little looser otherwise my hair gets too curly. I usually undo it in the morning and shake it out to get loose waves similar to yours. I also will do this hair with 2-day old hair; this one has no heat so I curl them tighter and I get the same results.
