Great video but a couple of things to note. Carbs, proteins, and fats don't exist in a food item in isolation/separately, for example, egg whites are rich in proteins but the yolk has fat same is with dairy products (both fat and protein) the case with everything else. Similarly, oil and butter are not the only ones considered fat as fat can be found in eggs, avocado, dairy, certain types of meat (even parts of chicken have more fat than other) and so much more. Also, milk tea (chai) isn't a good source of dairy as the benefits of milk get reduced in tea. It's better to have low-fat yogurt, milk and cheese (we need those calcium and other nutrients for better bone health too).

Hands down this is the best diet everr. I lost approximately 5kgs in 10 day! It was a magical 10 day journey and this is indeed a dream diet😍. Ate what I felt like eating (ie. Biriyani) in portion and still lost weight .. love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 . Keep up the good work sis!

برلي اولين بار است در يوتيوب ويدو خانم مهربان و با وجداني را ديدم كي رزيم غذايي خود اش را با اندازه هاي كاربوهيدارات، بروتين،ميوه و حتا شيرني خوردن توضع داد و خبر خوش كي با اين رزيم خود شان وزن كم كردند. يكدنيا ممنون از صداقت،مهرباني و وجدان با مسوليت شما❤❤❤❤❤ اكر شخصي مهرباني همجو شما سالها قبل اين برنامه را به همه توضع ميداد شايد اكثريت به مرض ديابت مبتلا نمي شد. در يونيوب من و مطمين اكثىيت خسته شديم از ويدو هلي افرادي كي ميايند اينرا بخوريد و انرا بخوريد اما توضع ندادند جسطور و جيي اندازه بايد غذا بخوريم.

Don’t follow this diet plan if you are physically very busy the whole day. I did this for a month and I tell you I learned it the hard way to appreciate your body . and remember who ever reading :beauty is your self acceptance…I lost two kilos but suffered from major acidity ,weakness and palpitations so make sure if you work a lot and especially if you travel dont do it ! @@LifeWithZainab9 I know sister this was the reason why I decided to do it but if Your routine is too much Like I stay 9 hrs outside of my house in which I travel for 1 hr in that case fruits and salads wont work ,this is good for people at home who can rest or immediately eat when they need ..theres zero % hate or offence for you🙂 .. keep up the good work and motivate your viewers to stay healthy but remind them that theres not need to alter thier diet suddenly to this extent ..

Very straightforward, Just eat less . The only thing which is not clear about two portions of carbs. Bread toast also comes in different sizes and so does a chapati😢

Very informational. You should definitely do a series on portion sizes of different Asian recipes for weight loss. However I would like to point out one thing. Daalen, or legumes me carbs hote hain, not like rice and wheat, but they have. Even urad Jo ki high protein me count hoti hai, usme bhi carb amount hai

6 tbsp of rice is one portion of carbohydrate so u can take 12 tbsp at a time And For nursing mothers (6 portion of dairy is allowed)
