please help me with the following questions as they didnt get answered : i am a 16 year old 5'9 boy who weighs 75kg,i wanna lose weight and i want to be leaner and stronger...i have been going to the gym since 3 months and have noted increase in strength but only 2 kg weight loss....i have a very bad diet as i eat fast food 4 days in a week.... i drink around 750ml milk daily,is it okay or not?and why?how much milk should i consume daily for it to be healthy? how much protein should i eat daily to build muscles and even get leaner? does eating soya regularly cause hormonal imbalance? how to get a jawline? how should i complete my protein goal while on a calorie deficit? and some tips to lose fat and gain muscles (good foods you would suggest)

@@yobcastle7859 The multiplier for maintenance calories after finding the BMR is one small step. But he's not incorrect. He said that BMR is the number of calories he'll burn even if he does nothing. Though nutrition science is a vast field, he's done a fine job in this short video.

I like how he makes certain comments such as recommending people to not bargain with the street vendors buying groceries, instead save the money spent on fast food. I also appreciate the tone he uses- the way our family or friends make suggestions. He does a lot of work to obtain correct and relevant information on the topics and shows hints of emotion while addressing his viewers because he actually wants ppl to benefit from it

I want to mention sweet fruits such as sweet mango, lichis, etc. These have high amount of fructose.. Some say that these fruits need to be avoided wheares they should be replaced with sour fruits in case of weight loss.. But there are many who don't like sour at all.. My question is- Do sweet fruits hamper ones weightloss diet???

as usual, top quality content Dhruv. this just abut summarizes what one should do for weight loss. weight loss and the food and activities associated with it should be part of your lifestyle - something you enjoying doing - rather than a target based approach because once you achive your weight loss/fitness targets you tend to become lackadaisical in your approach towards it and go beck to your earlier self.
