great explanation, thanks what face of the Acrylic board should touch the backplane? (i mean the dotted face or the flat face to the blackplane side) Also, what is the material of the front panels where the metalic screws placed, look to be not glass? thanks again

@@best53able No, the brightness of the whole picture will be uneven. The part close to the light source will be brighter, but it will become darker in the middle.

What if we don't print small dots? Are small dots printed with white ink or transparent? What is the purpose of white dots?

Cool Work! What type of ink were the dots printed with? Have you tried using black light LEDs combined with fluorescent prints?
