Main is video me bata chuka hu agar hum formule me 0.5 nahi lagate to 4 half days hote. maine formule me 0.5 isliye lagaya taki jo half days hai wo full day me convert ho jayein aur hum per day salary calculate kar payein. 4 half day matlab 2 full day second example 50 paise+50 paise+50 paise+50 paise = 2 Rupees, am i right sir,. Agar phir bhi apko meri baat nahi samajh aayi to mujhe is baat ka dukh hai. ek baar main phir se clear kar deta hu aisa maine isliye kiya taki hum per day salary easily calculate kar payein. thank you - Sheet link for practice - goo.gl/xQQPZ6

Wrong calculation of days. Total number of presence, absence, half day, off has to be equal to total number of days in a month which is 31. But in maximum cases it is not equal to 31.
