Many celebrity photos are fair use. And something like this would never go to court, worst case Etsy would take your listing down

It's not easy at all...its way to saturated to even be seen even if you run ads. Great keywords, SEO and good designs don't and you still can't get views let alone sells. Specially within the last six months. Also etsy can and does suspend new POD sellers often.

It’s a blurry line, a lot of celeb photos are public domain. But even if they weren’t the worst thing to happen would probably be Etsy taking down your listing

No Etsy will suspend your account and you can get sued as well.
