In this video i am gonna show you "How To Make 12V Rechargeable Bike Battery At Home From PVC Pipe" and its very easy to make this powerful 12V rechargeable battery at home . This 12 V rechargeable battery is made from Lithium batteries which are of 2200mAh each and i have used 3 batteries in parallel in order to make one 3.7 V pack , so in total this homemade 12 V rechargeable battery is almost 7000 mAh that is this battery has 7A current capacity.
I have used PVC pipe for making body of this Homemade Rechargeable battery and this battery looks exactly like Lead Acid Bike battery .This homemade rechargeable battery is so powerful that it can power up any bike. Also This homemade rechargeable battery can be used for making inverters .This homemade rechargeable 12V battery is very easy to make using old laptop batteries which are easily available at cheap rates.
This homemade 12V rechargeable battery can be easily charged using 12V Adaptor. This Powerful rechargeable 12 V battery is very useful in some gadgets like Drill Machine, Angle grinder and Also you can use this homemade battery in toys Like RC car, RC Boat and RC Plane. The things i have used for making this 12 v rechargeable battery are easily available.

When connecting two or more 18650 batteries you need to know the following things: 1) the batteries must be of the same model, ie 18650, 2) the batteries must be of the same voltage, ie 3.7V 3) batteries must be of the same capacity (battery capacity is expressed in mAh). Note: The only thing that doesn't matter with 18650 batteries is the color of the protective foil.

Very nice and excellent finishing. Only thing is if you want to charge this fully you need at least 13 volts. With 12 volt adaptor you can not achieve full charge.

I tried to make one but in my country pvc pipes are ridiculously hard. You need machines to cut them. But u can cut them by hand if u have time. Also the electronics are expensive. Well some of them and the BMS connections are hard

It will be Dangerous if we connect those three batteries with different voltages they can catch fire, but it is recommended to use new batteries and check them

The battery isn't completely charged, each cell has a maximum voltage of 4.2v, so the total voltage here is 12.6V, but to arrive to this voltage, is needed a higher voltage on charger, with lower current.

You can use motor driver , which provides voltage direct to motor and for circuit you can provide normal voltage which operates it,so in this way you can provide more current to motor without burning the receiver circuit
