Make Delicious BBQ Babk Back ribs in just 40 minutes with a Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer Smart Lid! If you liked this video, you might like this Roasted Tendercrisp Chicken Breast Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker recipe: • How to Make Roasted Te...
BBQ Baby Back Ribs are awesome. Learning how to make them from scratch in just 40 minutes is even better. That's an easy prospect if you use a Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker! You can do this recipe with baby back ribs or St. Louis ribs. Either way, they come out fantastic. The St. Louis ones are a bit more flavorful though. Regardless of what type of ribs you use, you'll have a hard time trying to stop eating them before they are all gone! In the recipe, we also used a very good sugarless bbq sauce and low calorie beer as well to keep those carbs down and to keep it KETO FRIENDLY!
Here goes some information about the pressure cooker we used in the video. Check it out if you want some more information about it!

This recipe is easy and great. I used Coca Cola and sherry wine mix for the liquid... I will adjust the time a bit shorter for the next batch. Love that Foodi!

I recently bought my Ninja Foodi and just started using it. So far the only thing I've made is parmesan-crusted chicken breasts - but they were so good, I had to make them twice. I'm trying this recipe next.

Ribs without fire? Is that even possible? Looks delicious. I would use Guinness, though. No lite beer allowed on the premises. 😎

Hi Joe..... I am doing this is a few minutes. Instead I will be using a very small amount of beef short ribs ( approximately 5-6 large pieces w/ bone in). I think I will need less time. Just not sure how much time I will need to pressure cook and airfare mode. Any Suggestions is welcome.... Thank You
@JoesPhenomenal
@JoesPhenomenal Жыл бұрын
I would probably leave the airfry mode about the same on time, and drop the pressure cooking part down 2 or 3 minutes. Pressure cooking tends to not dry stuff out since it's cooked with steam, so I don't think you need to worry about overcooking the beef ribs too much.

@@JoesPhenomenal yes, sir. The one that I purchased has the basket and the two-level racks. I did not get the best one with the thermometer, but after watching your videos I did get one at least. Thanks for all of your reviews. I watch your videos before I make a new kitchen purchase!!!

@@languagelearner2299 thanks.. Lol. Appreciate your confidence. You can use that crisper basket instead of the plate that I used, also. I think it's made out of the same material, so it should work fine. In fact, I kinda like the basket idea better than the plate. It's so much easier to remove stuff that way.

@JoesPhenomenal
@JoesPhenomenal Жыл бұрын
Yep. It's keto friendly. That BBQ sauce in there is pretty good too. My local grocer does that with the membranes whne they wrap them in the plastic for sale out in the reach in fridges.. I don't do ribs too often, so I just thought it was a common thing. Maybe not!

Heya, Dre. Sure.. you can use all sorts of different stuff... Just need some liquid to make the pressure cooking work. Maybe a little chicken or beef stock? Coca Cola or root beer works too, even though it sound weird

Is it noisy? Does it have a heating element in the bottom to like instantpot?
@JoesPhenomenal
@JoesPhenomenal 2 жыл бұрын
Yeah.. It has that heating element, and also a crisper in the lid. I was a little surprised about the fan noise. I have a review video for it coming up on Friday that I just let it run so you can hear it in there. For me, it's not so loud that it's a deal breaker or anything, but it's definitely louder than Ninja's Pressure Cookers with the 2 separate lids... It pushes a lot more air too, though

Whenever using my pressure cooker, it always tells me I don't have enough liquid. Even after using quite a bit of liquid. I want to do these ribs but if I use just 1 can of beer it will count down and want me to add more. What can I do??
@JoesPhenomenal
@JoesPhenomenal 7 ай бұрын
There's a couple eof things you can check if you're sure you have enough liquid in there (sometimes you do need more if the contents absorb too much of the liquid since it's need enough in there to turn into steam). Check the silicone seal on th einaide of the lid and be sure it's in there straight. If not, it could be letting the pressure out. Also, check your little pressure valve on top of the machine and make sure it's in the seal position. If not, it won't build pressure. I forget to check that all the time.

We have the smaller 5qt version of the pressure cooker. It doesn't have the basket. Instead, it has a "Crisping plate". Same kinda deal, but just looks a little different. I think I kinda like the baskets better, but it gets the job done. Easier to clean, anyways... So there's that. Haha.
