Pretty good video with useful information. However, everything in your store consists of new shoes and single stitch band tees that nobody is going to find sourcing 5 hours a day (or 2 of these items every hour). Additionally, when say that you go to the flea market every week, you have your buys pre setup. People/vendors pick up the items you’re looking for ahead of time and you come purchase them in bulk. It’s not like you’re shopping through peoples stands and negotiating for your 70 items individually each week.

My cost on the clove shoes was $6.50. I have gone over that in videos. It’s exactly the model I talk about. Find a way to find a $20 profit model.

I don’t sell on Poshmark but I sell on Mercari and always get lowballed like crazy. You can be selling something for 2 bucks and they’ll offer 1 lol

This is the video I wish I had when I started reselling. I have my process down thanks to to group! Just working on finding great items now. So for my wife and I source together and find 10-15 great items a day, sourcing around 4 hours. But each day is getting a little faster and easier. Excited to see where it takes us!

Great info. Please do a video with more explanation on things such as, how you factor prep or wash time in your schedule, how are you at the flea market at 4am in the dark shopping? Ive never seen one open that early because its dark. What you do if you dont find the 70 items. Love your channel. I think the things youre leaving out are real time suckers.

Hello I just subbed to you’re channel I like how you explain stuff Well to be brief and of course honest I got blessed with clothings from the church ( I’m talking about a truck load ) all the articles tho are Not really really good but there’s brands like Levi’s old navy Ralph Lauren adidas Columbia Nike ivy jones tommy Bahamas etc..should I be patient and list everything on eBay ?? I have never been on online plateforms .. even if I sell for 5$ an item I’m still winning .. It’s just I’m lazy there is so much clothes that I had to get a public storage 😂 thank you

What promotion percentage do you use on your ebay store?

For simple terms if an item is consitently selling around $6-$10 in your opinion what looks better on ebay? A listing at $10 With Extra %40 off coupon or simply price at $6? I have tried testing coupons and noticed they don't get used as often as i thought. I get sent best offers at a higher price than they would have if they simply used the coupon. It doesnt make sense to me. I prefer fast moving store so I was wondering which listing of those two do you think would sell faster?

Are you launching all 70 items on Friday or are you making drafts and launching 7/day?

I bought a pair of Mother jeans for $5 and sold them on PM for $49 dollars I pocket after PM fees $39.50 which is good. I’m trying to only source items that will net me $20 plus like you recommended and I only have 21 listings but I’m adding 5 listings daily cross listing on EBay

The whole thing with higher prices on PM is due to them basically training buyers to make offers. And every single time their offer will be at minimum enough to cover the shipping cost with is basically $8. now. Then you have those who just straight up low ball. The ONLY time I make a "lowball" offer is when it looks like the seller has not been active for quite some time, to see if I can get their attention.

What is the value of sharing other people’s items on PM? Or Following them? How does it impact sales? Just by spending more time in the APP? Or does it actually impact sales? I was under assumption it has no intrinsic value but I may be wrong.

Hi Chris, I’m a supplier specializing in clothing, skirts, shoes, and other items. How can I find people who are interested in reselling these products? Are there any platforms where I can look for them? I can save resellers a lot of time sourcing and offer them a good profit margin. But how do I find these resellers who need sourcing?

It takes you 3 hours to find 70 $20 profit items. I spend 9 hours finding 100 $20 pcs.

Is anyone running a Mens only store? Posh seems to do better with Womens items. I have a 1200 item eBay store but I find posh to be easier and more efficient in many ways.

Do you promote great items? If so does it need to be promoted the same as good items? Currently promoting around 10% on eBay.

I always get tripped up over the shipping. I can ship something for $4 but Posh charges almost $8. Do I raise my price to account for that or just take the hit?
