you used 40mm measurement either side of the centre line, do you have the measurements for different size trays and different angles so for a 90 and also how to make different angles that are not 45 or 90????

I would like to know the same. I assume if you were using a 200mm wide tray then you would measure 80mm either side of the centre line?

For 200mm wide tray you need 80mm | 80mm for the first 45degree

@@hexdator2934 I found another video on here think it was called tray 45 formula, basically whatever the width of tray your using x. .80 e.g 200x.80=16cm either side of cut line.

Just I have a question, why do you use a measure of 40 mm instead of 50 mm?

If u use 50mm u wil have a big gap on your 90 deg, for cable trag size 100mm (80mm divided by 2 for first 45deg bend)
