If border part or enemy part is not working when you collide , make sure that their collider is triggered.

I have the same problem but I solve. First select your obstacle game object , in the circle collider 2d component, you will be able to see a "is trigger" option. Make sure the is trigger option is checked. second check restart() function ： SceneManager.LoadScene(SceneManager.GetActiveScene().name);

Click on your obstacle game object, under the sprite renderer component there is a field called "Order in Layer". You can change the value to "1". Your obstacles should be appearing in front of your background after that

Obstacles not moving towards the player fix: Add script CameraMovement into GameManager and remember to add Camera Speed to 12 "Drag n drop the Camera Movement into GameManager (is done in the tutorial) but the speed is set to default 0.
