In this video I show how I made an oak cabinet for the bathroom with my own hands, I used a dry oak board and re-glued the panel with polyurethane moisture-resistant glue, to protect it from moisture I used polyurethane primer and acrylic varnish, I filled the knots and cracks in the wood with epoxy resin

What was the drill bit you used for cutting into the tiles to mount the cabinet? I really struggle drilling through tiles and have tried lots of different bits but the one you used seemed to work brilliantly.

This is a diamond-coated bit, it is important to drill at low speeds and water

I really like the process and the cabinet, really good job! The music however isn’t my cup of tea and with headphones on it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The shop sounds only played in my left ear. Just some well-intentioned feedback 🙏🏻

Is there a reason you used a polyurethane glue for the panels and the body of the piece? It’s a neat build, and a great video. You have a great no-BS style!

Firstly, it is moisture resistant class D4 and secondly, it doesn’t set as quickly as PVA, which gives me more time to assemble complex structures

This glue does not dry as quickly as PVA, which gives me the opportunity to assemble this cabinet slowly, and besides, this glue is moisture resistant (D4)

The pipe from the siphon passes through the cabinet and is connected to the sewer with an elbow

Did you have to remove the cabinet to drill the holes or come from the bottom? This is a very well made cabinet, after i viewed this video I checked out you other videos and hope to learn to be a better woodworker from them. Keep up the great work and know you are a influence how to do it right.

Just wouldn't personally put cracked branch (how you say this) parts on front board. But these are "taste issues" and sometimes they look great. Maybe with this kind of furniture it looks more valuable with smooth wood like the frame is, and also on top with the "dead" branch , these look cool bit rock'n roll style but as everything is so Fengshui:sh nowadays in bathroom it might acquire balanced surface. Yet again just looking at other things in room makes the difference like door frame and door also having similar variation, then its totally different if it "draws" from something else.
