That sounds great, hope it turns out nice! And if your having problems getting it tight enough around the coin you can always use a little bit of super glue to really hold the coin in place!

Nice use for a simple Turkshead. If you used a thinner cord and a Spanish Ring Knot, you could skip the glue step completely. There are a few variations of Turksheads you could have used as well to lock in the coin, or you could look into some hitching options. Either way, your video was fun to watch and you made the project look great.

This did not work at all. I tried a thinner cord and a Spanish ring knot and it was WAY to small to fit a quarter. I spent hours trying to make it fit, I ended up getting a dime in it and it wouldn't even stay. :'(

The Real Mashup Really? You need a list of the 3 main things you need? Ha! Coin Paracord(the type of rope string he uses, heavy duty and doesn’t wear easily) And then a toilet paper roll or something round to use as a base. It’s not rocket surgery!
