Nice tidy efficient work. Electric scooters here cost £1000's. Need to get welder & grinder. I like those thread making drill bits you used.. must get some. Thought you might have needed waterproof protection underneath to prevent rain splashing into the electrics. Insects too. Like to give this a whirl, got many parts & tools. Steel plate..? expensive! maybe aluminum. Got some motors, but trying out different configurations to cancel back emf, even use back emf to double the torque, even at low speeds. A drum motor attached to the back wheel is another option maybe. Am building a pure sine wave inverter, hopefully build a voltage-frequency motor controller using the 555 timer & an attenuator wave shaping circuit to get close to pure sine wave. Maybe you could rig up a dynamo-battery charger to recharge the batteries as you go. I built a small disc with magnets on it, connected to a motor, powering a light bulb one time. No batteries needed, just held another magnet close by & it went whizzing round to power the light bulb at 9v dc.

With these motor if you switch the wiring you can get reverse I alway modify my little nieces and nephews electric scooters lol just a basic switch and also put lights from Wal-Mart , AWESOME SAUCE

Awesome videos... I was wondering if you could help me with my e scooter. It is a kickboard T3 by Inmotion. I love it but the battery dies way too quick and the back wheel hub motor is a bit on the cheap side. I wanted to upgrade it and was wondering if you can point me in the right direction. Id really appreciate any help you could provide. I am a novice when it comes to these things though I am a super fast learner.. God bless and hope you and your are safe and healthy.

Thanks for your tip! Very useful! How often do you charge it? My VehiGo just requires 15 mins quick charging time, and then I can fully charge my E-scooter while getting up and prepare myself for an awesome day.
