How to make a fascinator - Lily Kit Instructions

Try your hand at making our Lily fascinator kit. Using simple sewing techniques you can produce this extravagant but modern headpiece with no special equipment needed.
Minimal tools required.
Kit includes
Sinamay fabrics (2 colours), 14cm Sinamay base, 1.2cm Alice band, Stripped Coque feathers.

This kit is aimed at beginners so a pre-made base is included in the kit, therefore there is no reason to show how it is made.
