How To Build A Floating Tap Water Feature
You will need:
Small water pump
Decorative Pot
Garden Faucet
Acrylic Pipe
Pebbles/Stones
Silicone Sealant
Basic Tools

Drill small holes in the top of the tube and epoxy so it's not slanted...

If you put slots or holes around the top of the tube before putting the Tap on, you will get a better effect :)
