Try doubling the tracks on the sewing machine then sew them the same distance apart. Sewing them too close can make your wig too tight. Hope this helps.

I was looking for the part where you told your audience how many tracks you use (double) or single and how far up if you do double... This is where i'm stuck at in creating my wig. I did double tracks for the first three rows from the bottom.. but I don't know when to start single.. tracks HELP!!
@jadapearl3895
@jadapearl3895 4 жыл бұрын
I always use single tracks. Out of all the wigs I've made in the past, I doubled my tracks once, n that wig was so thick, it didn't look realistic for my head. I have a small peanut size head. So to double my tracks, my wigs would look like Diana Ross hair with a peanut in the middle of all that hair. If your head is bigger, n I hope to God it is, you maybe able to get away with doubling the tracks. Nice full n thick. But if not, then stick with singles. Singles (for me) make it more natural looking. Still has density of real hair, but not over kill. Just the right amount. Up to you babe. Happy Sewing.❤
@suitelife22
@suitelife22 4 жыл бұрын
3 rows sounds right. I think double tracking is best for really long hair as those bundles are usually thinner. If you have good hair it will be full singled. When hair is too thick it starts to look unnatural. Don’t space more than an inch apart.
@Mvrkia
@Mvrkia 3 жыл бұрын
Love you double the backs and single the fronts. So do your 3 rows of double west’s probably about two finger widths apart from each other and then you start to single the tracks so that it’s flatter as it reaches the top of the frontal/closure
