How To Make A Fused Glass Floral Bowl Using Reactive Glass

Stuck for ideas or need a little inspiration with your glass making? I walk you through the processes I followed making this fused glass bowl using reactive glass as a design element. A simple but effective design inspired by cow parsley, often considered a weed but very beautiful none the less.

Firing schedule for stringers on curve mould: AFAP to 649 degrees centigrade or 1250 degrees Fahrenheit and held for one hour.

WOW very nice! Really love the tip of using a plate hanger for hanging glass on the wall. That’s looks much easier than what I have used. Have you ever had any trouble with the strength of the plate hanger holding the glass plate? Do you know about how much weight the plate hanger will hold? Thank you for sharing.
