What brand of markers did you use? And how long and what temperature to put in oven once you have put the hearts on

Thanks so much for watching 😄 I have ARTISTRO acrylic pens (multi purpose paint pens for glass, wood, pebbles etc) - I bought mine on Amazon. I put them in at about 180oC for an hour and leave to cool x

Hi.The glasses are lovely. Does this type of Mod Podge dull the shine of the glitter?

Hey 😄 thanks for watching. Thanks so much, I do love these glasses 🥰 I’ve never had a problem with it dulling the shine of the glitter myself but I have heard if u don’t let this type of modge podge cure properly then it can ‘cloud’ up when washed a bit. Which is why I say make sure u set them properly - either by the oven method or leaving for 30 days x

Hello, glasses are amazing how long do you leave the tape on before removing it? Do you wait until the glasses are fully dry or still wet?
@SilverPenguinArtyCrafty2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😄 I remove the tape once I’ve applied the final top coat of modge podge - straight after so it’s still wet. I find it comes off easier that way. When I first started making these I found if I left it for the modge podge to dry then it can tear/pull at the glitter a bit. Hope that helps! Thanks so much for watching x

@@SilverPenguinArtyCrafty what do you suggest if I'm using my final layer as epoxy?
@SilverPenguinArtyCrafty2 жыл бұрын
I’ve never used epoxy but I’ve seen people do it, they remove the tape when the epoxy has dried a bit but still tacky (otherwise it will be far to hard and dry to remove!) i would think maybe a couple of hours after applying the top coat? Hope that helps 🥰 x
