Thanks for the video! Have you tried making one with a 2" thick board? I'm wondering if the staple gun would still work for that thickness... A lot of articles say you need a pneumatic one (that uses an air compressor) for thicker wood but I'm not sure the maximum thickness a normal staple or brad gun can handle...
