I loved to make hide and seek maps back when I played on wii u I don't know if they were good, but they were definitely fun and loved. They had lot of cool and sometimes unfair secret rooms. Was fun to explain them afterward and see the kids voices shining with excitement. Wonder if I can port the map on java... I'll still listen to your advice, it's important :)

So if anyone came here looking for a command to turn the player into a block i got you. Use a repeating always active command and replace player name with your game tag and you can replace the Minecraft grass block to whichever block you want. "execute at [playername] run summon minecraft:falling_block ~ ~ ~ {NoGravity:1,BlockState:{Name:"minecraft:grass_block"},Time:599,DropItem:0}"

Question my commmand for title worked fine the first time then it said @a showing new title for (username) idk why this is happening

I can't tell 100%, but I think you just need to do - /gamerule commandBlockOutput false

what is the command when the seeker kill all the hiders?

I think you could use a repeat command block to detect when a player dies. From there, you could use a chain, conditional, to swap any dead players to a separate spectator team. That should allow you to define an ending with a repeat block to detect when a team has 0 players. I hope this can help, though it's a little hard to explain.
