Sir your structural engineering lecturers very awesome but for this architectural plans I would suggest that before you construct your house plan please always consider the naturally occurring factors all year around-Sun direction, prevailing wind directions. And then cartegorise your spaces into wet floor and dry floor areas and then sort them into public and private spaces. Only then you'll create a functional space in your house. Note that always remember that there are minimum standard measurements for every spaces in all building designs.

You said the L=32' but my calculation is 12+11.5+8+.5+.5+.5+.5=33.5' and the W u said 28' but it's. 5+11+.5+5.45+.5+11+.5=29.45 and the ventilation system is awesome all around what a ideal plot bro front side road and three sides streets? And it's 32*28 and u ignore car porch and the if u rotate the stairs u can use for separate portion and replace the 3rd BD and kitchen 3rd BD can use for guest room ect.....

General toilet by dimensions must be twice time smaller than the size of a bedroom. But on scheme it is just a little bit smaller. 🤔

Nice video sir... But have a look at the total dimensions you have drawn... The size of the 2 rooms is 12'+12'+5'5"=29'5" and the total plan is 28' only
