the pipes come pre-honed. I do not do any other operations except cleaning into the pipe. you know that there should be no dirt in the hydraulic installation.

You didn't dress the tube where you put the steady rest. Do you know how "out of round" the tube is? Your procedure is missing a few steps.

@@victorcontreras1492 the type of insert varies according to the quality of chrome steel. but I usually use a stainless steel cutting tip (dnmg 0.4radius)

there's no need to worry. this weld was used for the video. we do tig welding under normal circumstances.
