Thank you for your video and the recipe. I used a hand mixer to combine the Koolaid and the Sweetened Condense Milk. Then I continued to used the mixer to blend in the Cool Whip until smooth. The pie was firm and well set after six hours in the refrigerator. Is there a difference in folding in by hand vs using the electric mixer? I also used the Shortbread Pie Crust instead of the Graham Cracker crust. It was very delicious.
