糸島市で杉製品を製作している杉の木クラフトさんで、漆塗りの弁当箱ができるまでの様子を撮影させていただきました。
杉という素材へのこだわり、そしてそれに正面から向き合う姿勢が印象的でした。
食品を扱う弁当箱の接着剤には、小麦粉を使用するといった配慮も。

I so thoroughly enjoy watching these videos of craftsman in Japan, especially those that work with wood. There is something about their dedication to their craft that cannot be explained with words.
