How to make a Mascot head

May I ask what material you used for the blue crown part? Then how did you secure it inside the head? Thanks!

Hey mate, I just used a space tall piece of eva foam and attached it with the same glue as was used for the head. I also made it taller than I thought i needed and just trimmed it down until it sat well on my head
