I have learnt how to make everything a positive recently. It has made the past 40 years of my life much easier to take. Looking at the positives and putting the negatives as a learning experience has made things much easier to forgive and forget. I am moving on to a bigger and better future and leaving the negative thoughts and people in my rear view mirror!!

Cognitive reappraisal is easy in concept but difficult in solo practice. I find it happens naturally of it's own accord whilst 'working on oneself'. If I could discipline myself to do it regularly!!!!!!
