You should Inform Hino's CEO and chief engineer that you know more about vehicles then they do....But for some reason I have a suspicion that they are the experts not someone commenting on youtube......lol But did you not consider that the reason the frames fail in the first place is because they are always overloaded for the trucks specifications and horrible driving conditions...Its not like the frames would fail under normal conditions...

I might be way off here but would it not be cheaper if you guys just ordered engine and cabs and built the frames from scratch as it seems you change the springs, shafts and quite often the axles anyway.

Why not paint the new chassis before mounting it so it has rust protection?

Because it has a hydraulic jack fit, the body is subsequently lifted and colored

@@pakistanitruck What I mean is that you do not paint the new additional chassis, to protect it from rust, between the chassis plates there is no corrosion protection. The same happens when it is a chassis that needs to be repaired, the paint is only exterior but the interior and sensitive areas are unprotected and water can enter and cause serious damage.

stuart paley, safety is good, but they used to it naturally without gloves and safety procedures. Other side you guys used to use glove for everything can’t pick anything without gloves 😁
