Hi in this video you'll see how to make a mini smoke machine/generator that can be used in RC toy cars or for cosplay. I amde this mini smoke machine in order to use in my upcoming project, where I'll be making a RC Truck out of cardboard and use the smoke machine to generate exhaust fumes. I think, you can reduce the nozzle diameter and test your Initial clay models for Aerodynamics using this.

GLYCERINE! YAAAAS! What kind of glycerine? Animal based or vegetable based for ie? Or does it even matter? Thanks for the video man, I have a vintage toy that’s no longer being made be it parts or alike that’s I’ve been desperately trying to repair. This video was the lightbulb 💡 moment. I always suspected oil based ingredient of a type in the past but based on my experiments, oil based not only produces a weak smoke effect. But it also has a foul odour, not to mention hazardous 🔥 This on the other hand is spot on 👌🏼 I would have never considered glycerine as the key ingredient to produce an odourless and safe method for smoke fx applications such as my vintage repair project. My vintage Aoshin Smoking Volkswagen Beetle can now be finally come to it’s former glories thanks to you. +👍🏼 & subbed to you bud!

Please measure the resistance of the wire and the battery voltage and Amper .. using ohm law to fine the right formula to be safe ..

The only problem is that I have already tried different resistance wires and they all burn out and none of them resist the 12V current. What type of filament should I use so that it doesn't burn?...it's just that doubt. Thank you very much and greetings!

Just use a scooter 12V/4Ah battery power source or a lab power supply source... This thing has some advantages... 1.You can use the inlet as an outlet...no need for an extra fluid reservoir. 2.When you put in the smoke fluid it drips right onto the coil. 3. Closed compartment with a blower at the outside, so this can be very compact. This is the ideal example for my upcoming project...tnx for this video

I'm not sure to be perfectly honest it will have to be a wire that's not going to burn out. Vape wires use stainless steel, nickel and titanium as well so maybe one of them. I only had 32 gauge and it was way too thin so I folded it into 4 so use like a 20 or 22 gauge.

try to find any shop near to your area that sell electric cigarettes .. am sure you will fine one .. and ask him for the wire .. its very cheap .. and please measure the resistance of the wire and the battery by using ohm law to fine the right formula to be safe ..

Best way use heating elements of electric cookers. You will get it easily at electronic repair shop
