Explains how to make a throwable Japanese Ninja Star (Shuriken) out of paper. I call this the Single-Sided Ninja Star because of the way it interlocks. I am using a standard LETTER size printer sheet (8.5 x 11). Please do not aim , the stars at anyone's eyes as the corners of the star are sharp and can cause injury. Possess these great skills my pupils, learn how to be ninja :-D

my mom's boyfreind has some so when we are at her house we use those. (they pretty much live together) but t my dad's house we used our karate AND our paper weapons to continue what we learned at moms boyfreind's dojo. (that is where we almost live)

The first ever paper creation I learnt to make was this, a ninja star and also one of the first videos I ever watched on KZfaq lol too. To think that I was just 8 when I watched this is crazy. dude just right now i just figured that you helped me make ninja stars 2nd grade through 5th grade and I have been making ninja stars this way ever since. I have a story to tell. Once there was a black out in my city and me and my cousins had nothing to do. no video games no electronics. so we went to my moms phone and looked up how to make a paper ninja star. then we started playing this game we called ninja and you know how it was dark during a black out. but we were careful. Thank you

This video is what got me into the art of Origami. I was in a psych ward (long story) when I was a little kid, and this other kid made ninja stars, I could hardly believe it! So when I was home, I looked up how to do it, and came across this video. Then I learned how to make the double version, then the transforming version, then the cranes. An entire decade later and here I am, still making Origami. Thank you Rob, you made this happen. 😊

I remember 6th grade I felt so cool because instead of pencils, my pencil box had like 40 of these in it, I would throw them at the kids who bullied me and they left me alone because they said I was a real ninja. I laugh at that still every day. I also used to put scotch tape all over them so they were harder.
