Ive got chickens and a garden with more veggies than I know what to do with. So I made this, first time making an omelet and it turned out pretty much just like this. Awesome, thanks. I also added some chopped up cherry tomatoes because I just have too many lol

Lower your heat when cooking the eggs. That will eliminate the browning and that slightly hard crust on the eggs.

That's my issue, just when I think the heat is low enough I still get that little caramelization. An omelet isn't supposed to have any browning

Didn’t have green or red bell pepper so I substituted it for Serrano chili and tomato. It was so delicious! So easy to make! Happy early Halloween 🎃

Even though i love this video and the recipe, a normal omelette is healthy, but...... With the amount of chesse, butter and oil that they are cooking this omelette with, the healthy part stays completely out of the sight, if you want a healthy breakfast you need yo remove 1/3 of the ingredients, 90% of the oil and butter and lastly 90% of the chesse, and maybe them, you have an omelette for 3 people

@@bernartecto You’re thinking of a calorie deficit healthy this meal is considered healthy sure cutting some oil/butter out will technically make it “healthier” by calories. Regardless your body requires fats which is what the butter has and protein such as ham/sausage/cheese and carbs maybe eat the omelette with a piece of bread this meal is healthy maybe if he/she added spinach it’ll make even healthier for people are trying to cut calories.

@@bernartecto Not necessarily. Fats, Oils (extra virgin), are proven good for people. If you want to slim, use 2 eggs, and less cheese, but what about your nerves?

Mine came out a little runny, but wife and I still enjoyed them. We also had some raw ingredients like tomatoes which could have caused some of that. I see someone recommend lowering the heat, probably a good idea. Went good with my biscuits and gravy, thank you. ❤❤❤

Lower heat and you have to scramble the egg a bit to cook most of the egg before building the foundation. This person did not and just put the filling on top on raw egg. The top wasn't allowed to cook and the bottom was over cooked, which is why the omelet cracked when they flipped it. A good omelet is hard to beat.

@CountDownCity210 I've always had great success with a level slightly below medium- maybe a 4 on a scale of 1 - 10. Patience is one of the best virtues of cooking. It took me awhile to realize this.

There's one thing I've learned to improve this! Take some cherry tomatoes and burn them on a separate pan, blacken ALL sides. Then chop and then smash them up good. When folding the omlette spread it over the center for a NICE fire roasted kick!
