TurboCollage has an expansive list of standard photo sizes you can use for your collage. Let's say you want to 4x6 photo collage. You can directly select that size from the list.
If you want to use a size unavailable on the list, you can make a custom size. You can specify your dimensions in commonly used units and set a resolution in pixels/inch.
