How to get the floating dot thing

The thing on the side is where you can use other apps inside another app. It's called a floating window, or you can do a split screen. To get these try updating your phone or search your phones features and ind floating window and split screen

@ComicChillness I search in Google thats your phone has split screen, it says Access Split screen 1. To view recent apps, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and continue to hold your finger on the screen. 2. Select the desired app icon, then select Split screen. The phone on the google is Motorola moto g stylus 5g

The floating window/split screen

Try to update your phone and find split screen or Floating window feature but not all phones have this kind of things so if your phone doesn't have it I can't really help you on it

Once you hold tap the color, it will show this pointy thing that has the color in the circle. After tap, look down at the bottom and you will see the square with the chosen color. Copy the numbers/letters. Like #AA2CFF.

You can try floating window if your phone has it

Yes you copy n paste the pixels but it takes atleasttt 2-4 hrs. If your fast enough it wont take 4hrs long. Plus if you really want to make this you need patience

You can still make a detailed art but... You will need another phone. In which that phone ,you will do the photopea to ibispaint part. Then use ur main phone tp go back in starving artists. Ones ur in there, in the other phone just tap the pixel again, and see whatz the number or letter of that color (cant really explain well sorry) Then the main one, you type whats the color in the from other phone. It is much harder if you do this way. But its on you if you really want to make a detailed art.

You can use another device if you have one ! :))

If ur talking about the Ibispaint app, try changing it on the settings on the Ibispaint

While in roblox, I use the feature of my phone "Floating window/Smart bar" and thats how I was able to use Ibis paint even inside roblox.

There's no need for a tutorial, the thing on the side should already be in there. If not try updating your phone and maybe also search about your phone's features. If it still doesn't appear I don't think you can ever get that thing on the side. But there's still one method, watch the one in pinned comment ty
