wow, from the looks of the title, I assumed you was going to make a battery supply back from scrapped materials. not, go and buy a power bank and put the old laptop batteries into it. simply, it's quicker to just purchase a 18650 battery charger with a battery included! but thanks for putting in the work.

+Vishant Prajapati u will get it from eBay. I got one for £ 3 in uk. which has 5 , 18650 battery slots , 2 usb out,1 micro usb in , led torch and a small lcd display to show the percentage of power in the p.bank and the status of charging.

This is highly dangerous. I used to assemble battery packs at Batteries Plus and it can get out of hand quickly. Awesome vid though! You clearly knew what you were doing.

You can charge these batteries together with laptop charger...now i'am charging them with it...it give 19 volt and it's very good...no heating no problems...

I usually try a forced charge cycle on each cell after being taken out of the assembly to try to reactivate bad cells - A few hours on TP4056 Li-ion charge controller and if the battery is not up to 4.2V I consider it bad.

Thing is, I have a dead/dying laptop but the batteries I'm not sure about - it can't hold charge. I rather pay the $15 to get a 3200 mah power bank from a reputable company... That said, if you know anyone who vapes or uses e-cigs, ask them for their used batteries. Same deal!

Generally power bank is rated as mAh unit. So, if I use one cell as per your video what will be the mAh and how much time will it take to charge from laptop and discharge by charging mobile (smartphone)...

+Yusuf Faruk The Battery Capacity is depends on which battery are used.In my case it was 2200mAh. The time required for charging is approx 5hrs. It will charge a Smartphone whose capacity is below the Battery capacity ( 2200mah)

If connected in parallel then the voltage should be the same but the capacity will be the combined capacity of all 4 cells. Just make sure you provide enough charging current to charge all four cells simultaneously.
