As an roblox 10 years of roblox veteran and an old grumpy Roblox War Group Veteran here is a pro tip. Step 1: Make a group duh. Step 2: Never divide a group into a branch you will have more work on yourself. Step 3: Hire your close friends as high ranking official, because hiring random can basically cause a revolution or backstab you. Step 4: Hire someone who makes a good base or make your own Step 5: choose your gun and a melee Step 6: make training fun rather than stupid marching and jumping jack. Make sure use raid the base style training. Step 7: keep ranks consistent rather than adding citizen Step 8: make a good world building in group, it is key to make a believable group Step 9: make sure you make a simple and good uniform, and do not make one for each rank it will confuse the players. Step 10: treat everyone with respect and they will follow you.

Having been a veteran since 2012 myself, I've been in my fair share of groups, so I'm wondering if you may be familiar with Robloxian Military. It was an extremely successful group that quickly rose to prominence. What destroyed it were revolutions, high rank drama and the owner changing hands multiple times. I wish it had just stayed in the hands of Dellkiller123. At one point, half of the trainings in an average month were hosted by me. As soon as the original owner left I pretty much immediately lost all motivation to continue hosting them. 66k members, but less than 1% are active on Roblox and even less are active in the group. I was within the first 5 players to join the group having been a member of the previous group that the creator had made, I am now the oldest member in that group. The original creator of a group holds a surprising amount of importance, even if they seem incredibly distant from the average player. If they leave, its always the high ranking members who are effected the most.
