There are different types of Tallow but this is from Cow known as Tallow beef.that is fat from cow.i also used palm kernel oil for the production.

250g soda ash n sulphate 700g water taken from total water of 1200g

You said 600g of water to dissolve caustic soda and now 250g of water to dissolve soda ash etc, what about the remaining 350g of water where do we use it? Thanks

Soda ash 250g, sulphate 250g Calcium 100 all dissolved in 700g of water.it can be any quantity from the main batch.
