Bought an all foam pumpkin from hobby lobby and cut top off and put flowers and such right into the foam. Didn't need to hollow it out. It holds just fine even after having to pull some flowers out and re arrange them and poke them back in. Several times.

If you're putting a pumpkin outside, I really suggest you put some rocks in the bottom of the pumpkin so the wind doesn't take off with it. If it isn't a hollow pumpkin cut down a section a couple of inches to put the rocks in

Watching REPLAY from Atlanta area. Trying to get ideas for our church’s fall altar floral arrangement. I need something bigger so may use three to fill the space, with the middle one elevated. I also have a basket I can use. Decisions, decisions! Love the idea of using pods or pine cones too. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hello. I watched the replay of y’all making this beautiful arrangement and was interested in making one for my home. Is it possible that you could provide the sku number for the pumpkins? I purchased one at Hobby Lobby, same size as you are using, but: 1) it was difficult to cut because there was a lot of styrofoam pieces floating around; and 2) the orange layer peeled off the top, not that I was going to use it, but it was very challenging trimming the top. I would so appreciate the information, if you are able to share it. Thanks for all you do to teach us!

The fastest and cheapest way to get rid of fire ants is to mix a cup of powdered sugar with 2 cups of baking soda then sprinkle it around the mound and anywhere you see them. I lived in a trailer park in Louisiana that was overran with them. They got on our dogs and our feet. Our yard was covered in them . Our porch was covered in them. Once i put that mixture out, we had no more issues with them! They are drawn to the sugar. They cannot taste the baking soda. Once they eat it, it makes them explode. They will not come back.😊

Judy roberts from fountain inn sc. replay. I get bit by fire ants yesterday and they also do a number on me. We have tried treating for them ourselves. Have tried many different things to no avail. Can you tell me of anything I can use myself that is effective? Love to both of you girls.

Fire ants send signals and they bite all at the same time. Almost killed my shih tzu years back. We do have them in Atlanta but haven’t seen them in awhile. Awful little things!
