This recipe found its way into my KZfaq feed and from the moment I laid eyes on it, I knew I had to give it a try! So here's to me giving it my best shot! Thanks to Ivan, the German pro baker for introducing us to this quick and easy citrus cake recipe. I will link his KZfaq video below. You can substitute the fruit I used with just about any other fruits you can think of. Keeping it in the citrus family, I bet it would be delicious with not only tangerines but oranges also.
