OK, sorry, I was a little harsh because I assumed Vitamix did the production and obviously expected better.

@Veronica-nq9kr I replace oil in my scratch made salad dressings with healthy fats like walnuts, cashews, hemp seeds, or sunflower seeds. If you do not have a nut/seed allergy any of the aforementioned nuts/seeds will not only work as an excellent emulsifier, but they're all far more superior than oil because of their nutritional benefits and you do not need to put nearly as much nuts/seeds like they did with the oil in this recipe. One tablespoon of nuts/seeds should suffice if you're making the recipe with half a cup of raspberries or 2-3 tablespoons if you're using one cup of raspberries. Here's one more tip that may or may not be of interest to you. When I make dressings/dips that call for a sweetener I use medjool dates. I use one medjool date for each tablespoon of sweetener a recipe calls for. So if the recipe says to add one tablespoon of agave/honey/maple syrup, etc...I use one pitted medjool date. Dates are one of the best, if not THE best, whole food natural sweetener because it is loaded with nutrients. Once I have all of my ingredients I put everything in my Vitamix blender and blend it all at once for about one minute and I get creamy, DELICIOUS, salad dressing every time! 😊
